“OVERlap OVER” focuses on the overlapping of programs to create different adjacencies and sight lines to frame views into public spaces. Congestion is leveraged to create a hierarchy between public and private program. Using compression and expansion to provide emphasis on private and public spaces, respectively, and architectural elements like perforation, tilting walls, floor slits, shifting platforms, sliding doors, etc, visual and audio access is amplified from multiple spaces.
